AMENITIES: -The home is also equipped with Wifi, several games, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning/heat and much more! -The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls. PLEASE NOTE: - This property is part of an attached duplex, meaning it shares walls with neighboring units. While we strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay, occasional noise or scents from adjacent units may be noticeable. These occurrences are outside of our control and are a natural aspect of shared-wall living. We have experienced this ongoing issue, and like to make guests aware of in the event they experience it. -Please be aware, parking can be quite difficult. We strive to provide parking permits for the street, however if misplaced, the city does not replace them. Therefore, we cannot guarantee their availability if a guest misplaces or takes them with them. There is a $100 fee for any misplaced permits. No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. Additional unreported guests will result in a fee of $200 per person. There is no smoking or drugs permitted in this property. Please smoke outside if needed and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. There is no smoking inside the house. If it is detected there will be a $250.00 fee. Please take the garbage out. Please no glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please always make sure the doors and windows are locked, especially upon leaving. In the event you arrive at the property and there are any damages, please report immediately so there is no confusion on you being responsible for it. We ask that you please be respectful of the check-out time, as we must give our cleaners ample time to prepare the home for all our guests. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees. We require you list each guest through the Airbnb platform that will be staying prior to check in. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done before check-in and paid for at that time.
