KITCHEN: -The kitchen has basic amenities and new appliances. There is a wall bar table and stools. LIVING ROOM: -The living room is cozy with a fold down futon for additional sleeping and large Smart TV for streaming. AMENITIES: -The home is also equipped with Wifi, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning/heat and much more! -To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. -The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls. -There is no central air, but there will be window units during the warmer months. However, some uncooperative guests have caused us to adjust our house rules. We take pride in our properties, and we want to ensure all our guests have the best stay possible. Parties will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels during the night. Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-7AM. Atlantic city has a 10pm noise ordinance. By agreeing to these rules, you are agreeing to follow the city ordinance especially while outside of the property. No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. Additional unreported guests will result in a fee of $200 per person. We require you list each guest through the platform that will be staying prior to check in. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done before check-in and paid for at that time. We ask that you please be respectful of the check-out time, as we must give our cleaners ample time to prepare the home for all our guests. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees. In the event you arrive at the property and there are any damages, please report immediately so there is no confusion on you being responsible for it. Please note, our properties are very busy with guests consistently. There may be signs of basic wear and tear. Being it is a home, guests may damage the belongings, appliances or other items within the property. But we always do our best to rectify any issues or make the owners of the homes aware. We cannot fix something if we do not know about it. There is no smoking or drugs permitted in this property. Please smoke outside if needed and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. There is no smoking inside the house. If it is detected there will be a $250.00 fee. Please take the garbage out to prevent critters or pests. Please no glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. No Candles, wax or open flames. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please always make sure the doors and windows are locked, especially upon leaving. There is no onsite laundry. Our properties have basic cookware and kitchenware. We do not supply spices or oils although some may be left from other guests. Be Clean: We are so thrilled to have guests in our Property! We please ask that you be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, and stained items. We provide basic essential amenities in the property for your stay. Once the quantity of items provided runs out, please note that you will have to purchase your own goods as needed. We provide 1 bath towel per guest. If you would like to request extras, please contact us in advance from you check in date. All items in the property belong to the owner and will be inventoried upon check out, including sheets, towels, and other linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets, towels, and additional linens. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Any items found missing or damaged will be charged to the guest. We provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if you take them with you or they are unusable after they are cleaned, please note you will be charged the following rates: Bath Towel- $10.00 each Sheets- $25.00 each Comforter/Quilts- $50.00 each Pillow- $10.00 each Pillow Cover- $5.00 each Throw Blanket- $20.00 each We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. If the item is not claimed within 5 days of your stay, it will be donated at management's discretion. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
