We welcome you to The Drift Lodge! This is a very simple, basic, no frills property that is simply a place to rest your head in between enjoying what Atlantic City has to offer. KITCHEN: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and very basic kitchen amenities. LIVING ROOM: Couch and smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable, only streaming apps). BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized Bed BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Sized Bed BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen Sized Bed This 3-bedroom home sleeps 6 people. BATHROOMS: There are 2 full bathrooms on the second level with the bedrooms, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a connected shared bathroom. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. PLEASE NOTE, OLDER, BUDGET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: This property is a budget-friendly, older home that offers great value for guests looking for a simple and affordable stay. As an older property, it does show some signs of wear and tear, including limited or dated finishes and furnishings, which are reflected in the pricing. While it may not have modern updates or luxury amenities, the home is basic and functional for a simple stay. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. This may include noise from neighbors or occasional police activity in the surrounding areas. ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to the entire main portion (2 levels) of the home and the driveway. There is no access to the basement/ground level. -The main entrance is through the front door at the top of the steps. - This is a budget friendly property. It is not fully updated, lightly furnished and has signs of wear and tear. -There is a separate basement in the lower portion of the home, which is not included with the rental. -There are no shared spaces within the property. -Please note that there are stairs to enter the home and stairs to the second floor. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! ENTRY: -There is Lockbox. Your host will provide you with the code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -Guests may use the driveway at the back of the home that can fit 2 vehicles. ADDITIONAL PARKING: -Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
