The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to the entire 3rd floor apartment. -This apartment is 2nd floor of an apartment building. -The upper level guests share the same main entry, but each apartment has its own separate entrance. -Since this is the lower unit, please be advised that there is the potential of hearing footsteps and regular noises from the above unit. -There is also a business store front on the lower level of this building, so there is the potential to hear noise from the business during their standard business hours. -Please be respectful to the neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is no driveway or designated parking area for this apartment -Parking is on street where available on Atlantic Avenue or any adjacent or nearing blocks -Please be sure to read all street signs when parking to ensure you are in compliance with any parking regulations or restrictions. MAIL: -Please do not ship items to the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property. SECURITY - The property has Ring devices at the front exterior entrance and back of the property with audio and video recording. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a residential city environment by the water; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. ADDITIONAL NOTES: -There are stairs to enter the apartment from the ground level.
