This tastefully designed property is perfect to create amazing memories! 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/water and 2 more to the beach at the inlet or ocean LOCATION: -Great location in the inlet area of AC near Gardner’s Basin (a very safe, clean, quiet part of AC) -5 min drive to outlets, casinos KITCHEN: -Large open kitchen great for entertaining or bigger groups who want to save some money by eating in. FIRST FLOOR BATH: 1/2 bath on first floor SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: MASTER: One Queen Sized bed & ensuite full bathroom BEDROOM 2: Two sets of bunk beds (4 twin size beds) BEDROOM 3: One Queen bed UPSTAIRS HALL BATHROOM: Shared on second floor ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACES: The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. PETS: -We will consider 1 pet but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is an additional fee of $150 per stay. -Weight restriction of 35 pounds unless otherwise approved -Not all breeds may be permitted. -All pets must be fully housebroken and well behaved. -You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. -There will be a $500 fee for any unreported pets. PET RULES: Please review the following guidelines when staying with your fur baby! -Pet must be fully vaccinated -Guests agree to never leave their pet unattended for a long period of time and always keep their pet under control. When not with the pet, the pet must be caged or contained. -Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). -Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) that exceeds the policy limit or is not covered under the damage insurance policy. -If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be reported to Airbnb. -Guests agree that their pet is housebroken. -Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. Pets must be leashed while in within the exterior perimeter of the property. -Guests agree to clean up after their pet(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. -Guests agree to keep pet(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. The Inlet at the north end of AC is THE BEST! Not only is it quiet (some listings near the casinos actually provide earplugs due to noise), you don’t have to pay for parking and its very walkable. Most of the houses are newer -Cedar Market is 2 blocks away and has all of the necessities in case you forgot anything. -Gilchrist's is an AMAZING brunch spot (closes at 2) on the water, known for their famous pancakes -Kelsey & Kim's is 2 blocks away- delicious soul food -Little Water Distillery is on the same street about .5 mi away for fun/different experience -Uber & Lyft come right to the front door and is about $6-8 to get just about anywhere in atlantic city

ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access to all areas of the house, yard, porch -Please keep in mind that this is an attached style home. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. My family and I had a great stay the house! It was super close to the beach and that was perfect. It had plenty of space to host my family . We would definitely use their place again if we go back out that way.

Staying at this place made our bachelorette weekend truly special. The place was lovely and the host was very friendly, welcoming and communicated very well! The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The area was nicely secluded from the noise of boardwalk and the main road while still being in a convenient location to enjoy the local restaurants!

Perfect space for a weekend getaway! Was comfortable with plenty of space for our 7 guests. House was clean and had basic essentials. Great place to stay and was able to get an uber within minutes to head out at any time of day or night!

There’s a 2 car driveway and plenty of feee street parking. Uber’s and lyfts come within 2-5 minutes usually and are fairly inexpensive. The closest 2 beaches are inlet side (smaller beach, smaller waves, has bathrooms, allows grills) or the ocean side (at N New Hampshire & Oriental Ave) both are about 3 blocks to the entrance. The boardwalk is just a block away and can be walked by crossing over New Hampshire Ave. Parking near the beach is $2/hour. Uber’s and lyfts come within 2-5 minutes usually and are fairly inexpensive.
