The upper penthouse unit is a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located on the top floor. It features a bright, open layout with marina views from the private balcony, a living area with a sofa bed and indoor fireplace, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating. A washer and dryer are also available in this unit. The bedroom includes a queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located just off the main living area. Boat slips behind the building are reserved for boat owners only.
