This listing includes both units in a waterfront marina building, offering a combined 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout ideal for groups and families. The lower unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across two levels. On the main living level, enjoy marina views from the balcony and an open-concept layout that connects the living area, dining space (seating for six), and a fully equipped kitchen with additional counter seating. A washer and dryer are also located in this unit. A full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed are located on this level. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination. This level also includes a second balcony overlooking the marina, accessible from both a bedroom and the hallway. The upper penthouse unit is a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located on the top floor. It features a bright, open layout with marina views from the private balcony, a living area with a sofa bed and indoor fireplace, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating. A washer and dryer are also available in this unit. The bedroom includes a queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located just off the main living area. Boat slips behind the building are reserved for boat owners only. Guests are asked to be courteous and respectful in shared common areas, including docks and building entryways, and to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. We are approximately a 4 minute drive from Ocean Resort Casino and the Boardwalk. From there you can enjoy the beach, boardwalk, piers. shopping, casinos and hotels. Property is also a quick walk to The Golden Nugget and the other Bayside Casino's

Guest Access

Guests have private, exclusive access to both the 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit and the 1-bedroom, 1-bath penthouse unit included in this booking. The building includes shared common areas, such as entrances, foyers, stairways, the back deck, and marina docks. You may encounter other residents or guests while using these spaces, and we kindly ask that everyone be respectful and courteous. ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have access the entire home except the garages. -There are stairs to enter the home and to the second floor. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! PARKING: Street parking only. Parking is typically easy and conveniently located directly across the street on Maryland Ave. Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. MARINA AND BOAT SLIPS: Please note that boat slips along the dock are privately rented, and all boats are private property and not accessible to guests. KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. We really appreciated the very kind and responsive host who went above and beyond. I stayed with 9 friends, and we had a blast. The location was only a 5 minute Lyft away from all the casinos. We felt safe with the multiple key codes required to open all the doors in the house. We had all the amenities, and the 4 bathrooms were very helpful. Plenty of free street parking. Great value for the price. Would definitely come back
