With generous living spaces, comfortable accommodations, and everything you need for a relaxing stay, it's the perfect home base for your next Wildwood vacation. LIVING ROOM: The open concept living area with vaulted ceilings makes a great space for entertaining. KITCHEN: Well stocked kitchen including everything you need to make a meal. Please note we do not supply condiments and seasonings for sanitary reasons. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1- 1 King Sized Bed Bedroom 2- 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom 3- 2 Bunk Beds Bedroom 4- 2 Single Beds Bedroom 5- 1 Queen Sized Bed ***Please note, bed linens are provided but we DO NOT provide bath or beach towels. GARAGE ACCSESS: The garage is not available for guest use. The owners use the garage for storage, and on occasion, the owners or their staff may briefly access it to retrieve supplies between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This is not a frequent occurrence, and any access will be brief and limited to the garage area.

The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies. One bath towel per guest is provided. HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Grand Beach House Getaway", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -No towels are provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Within 14 days, date changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please note that the property is not childproof, and children must be always supervised by an adult for safety. -Wildwood is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes. -This is NOT a party house.
