LIVING ROOM: The main level has a large living room with a Smart TV (There is no cable for the TV, only streaming apps) a foosball table and comfortable seating. *Please note, there is the exterior security system monitor located in the living room. KITCHEN: The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Elberon Escape", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -There is no washer and dryer at this property. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Within 14 days, date changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind. -The exterior security system monitor is located in the living room (this has the surveillance of the exterior premises displayed on the screen) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes. -This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am. -We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. -Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. -You must be 21 and over to book. -We ask that you please read the house rules and listing in full when booking. ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the entire 4 Bedroom unit during their stay. There is no access to the basement or the garage. These spaces will remain locked during guest stays. -There are steps to get to the front door to enter this property and steps up to the 2nd floor. -This property is a duplex. There is another unit set next to the property that is completely separate. There are no shared spaces or access from one unit to the other. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYED ENTRY: -Your host will provide you with the lockbox code for the key approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is a driveway in the back of the property for 1-2 vehicles. -There is also free street parking in front of the home where available. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
