LIVING ROOM: -The living room is furnished with a loveseat and pull out sofa to sleep more people. -There is a smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) for your viewing pleasure. -There is a bar top attached to the wall with a giant wall scrabble board to entertain your group, along with other games. BEDROOM: -The bedroom has a queen size bed and 1 fold down futon sofa, as well as a queen size large air mattress. -Smart TV BATHROOM: -The bathroom has a stand-up shower. AMENITIES: -The unit has many amenities such as comfortable linens, towels, WiFi, full kitchen with all working appliances, Iron, shower products, and other small things that will help your stay be more comfortable. DECK: -The deck of the building has a great view of the Absecon lighthouse, beach, and casino strip. HVAC: -The building is an older building, so the temperature is regulated and preset for the whole building. -There is no separate temperature control in the apartment. -The unit has two air conditioner window units, one in the bedroom window and one in the living room window. -It can sometimes get very warm, so that is why we leave the air conditioner units for guests to use. Parties will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels during the night. Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-7AM. Atlantic city has a 10pm noise ordinance. By agreeing to these rules, you are agreeing to follow the city ordinance especially while outside of the property. No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. Additional unreported guests will result in a fee of $200 per person. We require you list each guest through the platform that will be staying prior to check in. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done before check-in and paid for at that time. We ask that you please be respectful of the check-out time, as we must give our cleaners ample time to prepare the home for all our guests. Unauthorized late check-outs can result in additional fees. In the event you arrive at the property and there are any damages, please report immediately so there is no confusion on you being responsible for it. Please note, our properties are very busy with guests consistently. There may be signs of basic wear and tear. Being it is a home, guests may damage the belongings, appliances or other items within the property. But we always do our best to rectify any issues or make the owners of the homes aware. We cannot fix something if we do not know about it. There is no smoking or drugs permitted in this property. Please smoke outside if needed and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. There is no smoking inside the house. If it is detected there will be a $250.00 fee. Please take the garbage out to prevent critters or pests. Please no glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. No Candles, wax or open flames. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Please always make sure the doors and windows are locked, especially upon leaving. There is no washer and dryer at this property. Be Clean: We are so thrilled to have guests in our Property! We please ask that you be respectful and keep it tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for damaged, soiled, and stained items. We provide basic essential amenities in the property for your stay. Once the quantity of items provided runs out, please note that you will have to purchase your own goods as needed. We provide 1 bath towel per guest. If you would like to request extras, please contact us in advance from you check in date. All items in the property belong to the owner and will be inventoried upon check out, including sheets, towels, and other linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets, towels, and additional linens. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Any items found missing or damaged will be charged to the guest. We provide these items for the comfortability of your stay, but if you take them with you or they are unusable after they are cleaned, please note you will be charged the following rates: Bath Towel- $10.00 each Sheets- $25.00 each Comforter/Quilts- $50.00 each Pillow- $10.00 each Pillow Cover- $5.00 each Throw Blanket- $20.00 each We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly.
