The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. ACCESS & ENTRY – Guests have full access to the entire 2 level home, driveway, front porch and rooftop. – There are steps at both front and rear entrances. – This property is a row house, so it is attached to another residence on one side. Being this is an attached property there is always a possibility that noise can be heard from the neighboring houses. – Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding homes. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle. (or 2 small vehicles) -Additional cars can park on the street where available. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for guest's vehicles.
