One bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the other includes a tub/shower combo. A second private balcony overlooking the marina is accessible from both the hallway and one of the bedrooms. Penthouse Unit (1BR / 1BA) The top-floor penthouse offers a more private retreat with its own entrance and elevated views but still connected to the downstairs unit via a connecting hallway and door. This bright, open space features a private balcony with marina views, a cozy living area with a sofa bed and indoor fireplace, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating. The bedroom includes a queen bed, and a full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living area. A washer & dryer is also included in this unit. Boat Slips: slips are privately rented.
